Starting therapy can feel daunting. Will my therapist understand me? How can I trust this stranger with my most vulnerable thoughts and feelings? Will this really help?  Is it worth it? 

Here’s the reality, not every therapist is going to be the best fit for you. But, finding someone who you feel comfortable with and feel like you can trust to be vulnerable with is vital for good therapy.
